Express Mobile Transportation provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), senior transportation, and wheelchair  transportation services. Express Mobile Transportation can serve any adult in need of non-emergency transportation (NEMT) services in the Cincinnati area. Children under the age of 18  who are in need of our services must be  accompanied by an adult. In addition to  NEMT, we also provide personal  transportation services for seniors and adults  with mobility challenges.

Yes, all of our drivers are licensed, insured, and background-checked. Additionally, our drivers  are drug-screened and undergo emergency training and wheelchair safety training.

When reserving a ride, 24-hour notice is preferred. However, we can accept same-day  reservations in some cases, subject to availability.

Cancellations may be made up to two hours prior to a pickup without a cancellation fee.

Yes, we are able to arrange for recurring rides as far out as one month.

It is requested that a passenger notify us ASAP concerning any appointments that may go  past 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up  time.

All drivers are trained for emergencies. Extra fleet vehicles are available to cover any vehicle breakdowns.

Express Mobile Transportation’s services are private pay only. No insurance is accepted.

Each trip is calculated by mileage and any wait time that may be needed. We suggest that  you speak to one of our team members to  receive an accurate calculation for your  specific transportation needs.

Our vehicles are late model Dodge Grand Caravans. These vans come equipped with a  rear-loading wheelchair ramp and extra  seating for a family member or chaperone.

All scheduled rides with Express Mobile Transportation are private. However, our  vehicles offer additional seating for a family member, caregiver, or chaperone if needed.

Yes, the driver will pick up and deliver from the door. Drivers are not permitted to enter the  home, so if assistance to enter the home is  needed, it is suggested that a person be  available at the home to assist the passenger  past the threshold.

Express Mobile Transportation operates Monday – Friday from 5:30am – 9:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays are subject  to availability and additional weekend pricing.
