Here’s a step-by-step guide for what you can expect when you book a ride with Express Mobile Transportation.
- Step 1: Book your ride by calling 859-655-4600 or reserving a ride online.
- Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation, verifying the details of your trip.
- Step 3: On the day of your ride, your driver will give you a call when they are on the way to pick you up.
- Step 4: The driver will arrive at your home and knock on your door to let you know they are there.
- Step 5: The driver will escort you to the vehicle, providing assistance if needed.
- Step 6: The driver will help you into the vehicle, ensuring you are secure, comfortable, and ready to go.
- Step 7: The driver will safely transport you to your destination.
- Step 8: If you’ve booked a round-trip, the driver will transport you back home once you’ve finished at your destination.
- Step 9: The driver will help you out of the vehicle and escort you back to your door, providing assistance if needed.
- Step 10: Once you are safely at your door, we will part ways - until next time!
Private Rides to Doctor’s Appointments & More
When you book a ride with Express Mobile Transportation, you can expect a private ride where you are the only passenger. However, our vehicles do have the space to accommodate a family member or caregiver if needed.

Door-to-Door Transportation Services
We provide door-to-door transportation services to ensure you get where you need to go with dignity, comfort, and ease.
On the day of your ride, the driver will arrive at your door to pick you up. They will assist to you to and from the vehicle during your ride, and bring you back to your door at the conclusion of your trip.
Please note that drivers are not permitted to enter the home. If assistance to enter the home is needed, it is suggested that someone be available at the home to assist the passenger past the threshold.
